Notes
- Parties, events, and additional guests or visitors are not allowed without pre-approval from host. Number of guests over 4 may require additional fee. Please inquire before booking. Special parties/events may be discussed ahead of time and will require an additional deposit.
- No illegal activity or firearms.
- No smoking or vaping inside the house.
- Animals must be pre-approved before booking. Per animal: $125. Animal fee must be paid within 24 hours of booking or reservation will be cancelled.
- Check out is 11am. Late check out is a $25 fee per hour after 11am.
- Whomever pays for and makes booking must be present on property. Credit card must be in name of guest. (Cannot book for someone else.)
- Additional, separate fee may apply for number of guests. Will be discussed before booking.
- Surveillance and recording devices located on outside of property.
- A violation of any policies will result in forfeit of deposit and a minimum of $1,000 fine per incident.
- We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. As a very small business, we are not able to refund based on covid or medical related issues, weather, state travel regulations, power outages, wifi outages, acts of nature (such as rain, bugs, snow, storms, etc.) personal reasons, etc.
- Payment of money and taking possession of the property for specified term after review of our rules/policies, is evidence of your acknowledgement and acceptance of agreement and your intent to use this property for a vacation rental under the NC vacation rental act.
- By renting this space, you agree to all terms and conditions listed.

THE SHORT OF IT:

THE LONG & LEGAL OF IT:
Minimum pet fee of $125 per animal upon pre-booking approval. Any expenses due to damage from animal(s) will be paid for from deposit or by separate request from landlord. Additional guests besides those listed in the booking may require a fee. Additional guests over 4 may require a fee. Please inquire before booking. No illegal activity, parties, events, weddings, reunions, or additional guests. Violations result in a minimum $1,000 fine per incident. Do not disturb neighbors or violate regulations of HOA. No refunds will be given for acts of nature, animals in nature (bugs, mice, etc,) unexpected appliances malfunctioning or breaking during the stay, power outages, internet outages, plumbing & electrical issues, or any other scenario that is a possibility (but not typical,) when renting a house. The safety, durability, and functionality of baby/child toys, and gear at the home are not the responsibility of the host. Guests are required to inspect baby/child items and decide if they meet safety standards and are suitable for use for their child(ren.) Guests are responsible for any and all legal fees (if) incurred by the landlord pertaining to the tenant and/or the property. Any violation of rules, unexpected eviction from property, or if police are dispatched to the house, will result in forfeit of any and all payment, loss of deposit, and additional charges related to the incident.
