This modern home offers 1 bedrooms, and 1 baths inside the gates of Rumbling Bald Resort. Guests have free, unlimited access to resort amenities (private beach, pools, dining, boating, spa, etc.) Views from every room and decks on each floor. Located 5 minutes to the activities, this home is at the top of the mountain on a cul-de-sac with only one (awesome) other neighbor.

Great spot! Location was amazing and close to everything within the resort. Nice little touches with the robes, noise maker in bedroom, etc. Will definitely stay here again if we come back!

I had a nice get away. The bed was incredibly comfortable although pets are welcomed at this property so some hairs were on the comforter, my allergies were exasperated. I think I missed the pet friendly disclosure. Very communicative and accommodating. This property is not on the lake but is a very nice getaway with a woodland view.

You should definitely checkout the location. The cabin is located in woods, with nice mountain and lake views. View’s surrounding cabins are just breathtaking, you should definitely plan to stay atleast for 2 or more days to enjoy. I would definitely recommend anyone to checkout this cabin if you’re visiting Ashville. Owners are just awesome. They are just a message away. All the necessities are provided. Everything in home is just awesome. Stay and enjoy!

THE SHORT OF IT:

THE LONG & LEGAL OF IT:

Minimum pet fee of $125 per animal upon pre-booking approval. Any expenses due to damage from animal(s) will be paid for from deposit or by separate request from landlord. Additional guests besides those listed in the booking may require a fee. Additional guests over 4 may require a fee. Please inquire before booking. No illegal activity, parties, events, weddings, reunions, or additional guests. Violations result in a minimum $1,000 fine per incident. Do not disturb neighbors or violate regulations of HOA. No refunds will be given for acts of nature, animals in nature (bugs, mice, etc,) unexpected appliances malfunctioning or breaking during the stay, power outages, internet outages, plumbing & electrical issues, or any other scenario that is a possibility (but not typical,) when renting a house. The safety, durability, and functionality of baby/child toys, and gear at the home are not the responsibility of the host. Guests are required to inspect baby/child items and decide if they meet safety standards and are suitable for use for their child(ren.) Guests are responsible for any and all legal fees (if) incurred by the landlord pertaining to the tenant and/or the property. Any violation of rules, unexpected eviction from property, or if police are dispatched to the house, will result in forfeit of any and all payment, loss of deposit, and additional charges related to the incident.
